PRODUCTION + SHIPPING

Rugs typically takes us 2-3 days to complete, sometimes as little as a few hours. We ask that you please allow a 2-4 week period for your order to ship, based on order volumes. We tend to do all current orders at one time – We produce, glue, ship, and etc in batches.

Although you may place an order today, we may not get started on it until the 2nd week based on the orders ahead of you. But we do understand the anticipation of waiting for your rug, so we offer a $50 rush fee, which will push your order to the front of those ahead of you.

Tracking will be provided via Fed-Ex.

RUG CARE

Do not wash. We recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment. Do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage the rug.

It is not unusual for your rug to go through a shedding period. If this occurs, use scissors to cut the loose threads, do not burn.

We recommend that the rug is placed in low traffic areas or turn into a wall hanger.
